With 7+ years of experience as a holistic health practitioner, personal trainer and coach, I combine my expertise to offer a well rounded approach that takes into account the mind, body, spirit, environment and genetics.
Working in partnership with an integrative approach, my goal is to help others create health, harmony and vitality from within and inspire connection back to nature in order to create a more peaceful and harmonious world.
